Fuel policy
Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Fuel is not included in the rental tariff. Record the pickup gauge with the representative and retain that reference for the return inspection.
Refundable security deposit
The published deposit is ₹2,000–₹5,000, paid at delivery and refunded immediately upon vehicle return and inspection. Confirm the amount for the assigned car and discuss the return conditions before payment. Keep the deposit record with your booking details.
Parking and toll charges
Parking charges at tourist attractions and airports, and applicable tolls, are the responsibility of the renter. Ask how airport parking will be handled for your pickup or return so the charge is understood before arrival.
Breakdown and assistance
The existing policy provides complimentary 24/7 mechanical assistance in North Goa. For a mechanical fault, contact 092263 05179. Describe your location and the issue to the team and follow the agreed assistance instructions.
Vehicle condition at handover
Take time to inspect the assigned vehicle with the representative. Record existing marks, fuel and odometer readings, and check the equipment you need. Ask how the team records the handover and how that record will be used during the return inspection.
Rental duration and return timing
Read the terms and conditions for the published 24-hour rental cycle and return grace period. Confirm your exact handback time and meeting point in the booking. Ask about extensions before the agreed return rather than assuming another hour or day is available.
Questions to resolve in the quote
Request a written breakdown of the hire amount, deposit and any delivery or collection charge. Ask about cancellation, an early return, route permissions or other circumstances relevant to your trip if they are not clear in your booking.
